Television and screen legend, Orange returns in Season 9: School Days.

Dr. Theotus Percival is seemingly the only teacher at pHreedom High. In his leather coat, tweed hat, and corncob pipe (which is allowed for some reason), he dispenses wisdom to the children of pHreedom High. His door is always open and his notebook is always full of helpful or not so helpful quotes.

Orange is a household name and has appeared on more seasons of pHreedom pHalls than anyone. His diverse sense of style and character have allowed him to play a variety of different memorable characters in the sleepy town of pHreedom pHalls. Named for his trademark orange boa, Orange is always a delight to have on the set.
