Greg Vecchio is the Head Nurse of pHreedom General. Greg makes sure that the doctors get everything they need and that his nursing staff is treated with respect. Greg runs a tight ship, and does not taking jokes about his sex lightly. Nobody is allowed to use his name and must refer to him as Nurse Vecchio. He knows more than the doctors, but has a terrible bedside manner. Quick on the uptake, don't get on Nurse Vecchio's bad side.

Greg Vecchio is played by the incomprable Bobby Goodrich III. Bobby returns to pHreedom pHalls after having played Ricky Simnick in Season 5: Pub Crawl. Bobby is a religious man, and he doesn't mind sharing it.
