Not much is known about the "Cleaning Lady" other than she keeps to herself mostly, does a good job, and oh yes, she talks to birds. Cindy Jones is a newcomer to the set of pHreedom pHalls, she thanks her family. Cleaning Lady and Cindy Jones are played by Sally Anderson.
